Pranayama – Buteyko
An increasing number of yoga aspirants are realizing the benefits of practicing Buteyko’s Method because it quickly shows itself to be an effective approach to cultivating authentic yogic skills in the area of breath control or Pranayama.
Aspirants can dramatically improve the health, reverse chronic ailments and augment their experience of yoga using the techniques developed by Professor Buteyko, which take into account the fact that the breathing patterns of todays aspirants are very different to what they where when Patanjali codified yoga, hundreds of years ago.
Training can be done in person or via Skype for both individuals or groups.
